At Station Camp Middle School, we want our students to excel in and out of the classroom. We offer a variety of after-school clubs and organizations to our students. Offerings are subject to student demand and faculty sponsorship.

It's that time of the year, ART CLUB TIME!!!! The Art Club is open to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. More information will be provided soon about the first meeting, etc.

Bison Adventure Club

Meeting Time: Wednesdays 7 AM in the Gym (Beginning after Labor Day)

The Bison Adventure Club is open to all students at SCMS. The goal of our club is to step out of the classroom and explore different activities. A different adventure is held each month. Past adventures include hiking, canoeing, indoor rock climbing, CPR, archery, and volunteering. Book Club

Meeting Time: Every other Wednesday during lunch in the library

This club is for anyone who loves to read. It meets every other Wednesday during each lunch period in the library. Bring your lunch and eat while we discuss books. You may pick up an application in the library.

Chess Club

Chess Club meets every Wednesday after school. Please have your rides here at 3:30. The club is open to all students. No sign-ups are required.

 

Classic Cinema Club 

Sponsor: Ryan Voss

"Are you a fan of movies? Movies about adventure? Frankenstein's Monster? Godzilla? Fairy tales? If so, we have the club for you! The Classic Cinema Club will meet for the first and third Monday of every month, from 2:40-3:30 in Room 308. Our first meeting is Monday, August 13th. Please click here for a permission slip.

 

Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Meeting Time: Thursdays 7AM on the Stage in the Gym

Guitar Club

Sponsor: Mr. Sprouse

The purpose of this club is to teach, inspire and share ideas about playing the guitar. Topics such as Chords, scales, music theory, musical influences, songwriting, and how to compliment other musicians in a group setting. Students can bring their guitars in the morning to my room for storage. At this stage, acoustic guitars are recommended but not imperative. Click here for a permission form.

 

National Junior Honor Society

This club is for 8th-grade students who have achieved a 3.5 GPA and have the character requirements. Applications are currently available. For more information, please click here.

 

Japanese Club

Sponsor: Mr. Tomlinson

Japanese Club meets every Thursday from 2:40 to 3:40 in room 106. Students will focus on the written and spoken language while also learning about Japanese culture. All are welcome. Please contact Mr. Tomlinson for more information.

 

Pinterest Nail or Fail Club

Sponsors: Ms. Clark and Mrs. Lampton

Calling all crafters!  Please join us for the first Station Camp Middle Pinterest Nail or Fail Club.  We will meet the third Thursday of each month, with a short informational meeting on September 13th.  Forms and fees will be due at that meeting.  Please see Mrs. Lampton or Ms. Clark with any questions! 

 

P3 Club

P3 (Positive Peer Pressure) Club will meet the first Monday of each month to plan activities that promote self-esteem, kindness, and community within our school.
